CANCELLATION, LATE ARRIVAL, NO-SHOW & PACKAGES POLICY

To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for both clients and providers, Solutions Med Spa maintains the following policies:

 

24-HOUR CANCELLATION

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged a Late Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

NO-SHOW POLICY

A client is considered a no-show if they:

  • Do not arrive for their appointment, OR

  • Attempt to cancel after the appointment start time

No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

 

LATE ARRIVAL

To avoid disrupting other scheduled clients:

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show

  • The 50% no-show fee will apply

  • The appointment must be rescheduled

CARD ON FILE

By scheduling an appointment, clients authorize Solutions Med Spa to:

  • Keep a valid card on file

  • Automatically charge the applicable late cancellation or no-show fee

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

All cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not applicable to future services.

All prepaid services and packages are subject to the following terms:
• Expiration: Packages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused services after this time will be forfeited.

 

• Non-Transferable: Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased or was assigned the package.

 

• Non-Refundable: All package purchases are final and non-refundable.

 

• Medical Appropriateness: All services are subject to provider evaluation. If a service is deemed medically inappropriate or contraindicated, an alternative service or account credit may be offered at the provider's discretion.

 

• Scheduling & Cancellations: Standard cancellation policies apply. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session.

 

• No Cash Value: Packages hold no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

 

• Promotional Packages: Discounted or promotional packages may have additional restrictions and shorter expiration periods. By purchasing a package, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms

 

• Results are not guaranteed and may vary between individuals.

 

• Some treatments may require medical clearance or multiple sessions for optimal results.

 

• Pricing is subject to change; however, prepaid packages lock in pricing only for the duration of the package's validity.

 

• Certain services (including but not limited to injectables, IV therapy, and advanced treatments) may require ongoing assessment and may be discontinued at the provider's discretion for safety.

 

• Packages cannot be split between different treatment types unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

 

• Membership/Package Abuse Clause: The practice reserves the right to revoke package privileges without refund in cases of misuse, fraud, or inappropriate behavior.

 

• Retail Exclusion: Packages may not be used toward retail products unless explicitly stated.

 

• Service Substitution: The practice reserves the right to substitute comparable services if necessary.
