CANCELLATION, LATE ARRIVAL & NO-SHOW POLICY
To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for both clients and providers, Solutions Med Spa maintains the following policies:
24-HOUR CANCELLATION
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged a Late Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee.
NO-SHOW POLICY
A client is considered a no-show if they:

Do not arrive for their appointment, OR
-
Attempt to cancel after the appointment start time
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
LATE ARRIVAL
To avoid disrupting other scheduled clients:

Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show

The 50% no-show fee will apply

The appointment must be rescheduled
CARD ON FILE
By scheduling an appointment, clients authorize Solutions Med Spa to:

Keep a valid card on file

Automatically charge the applicable late cancellation or no-show fee
NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
All cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not applicable to future services.
